Of all the people that need a pole barn, boat builder Jay tops the list.

Just wondering...should you add some weep holes to boxes or cavities you've created with the stringers- just in case some water gets trapped inside. I know they'll be filled with foam but you never know.

Hey jay just a thought the pink foam you use for your patterns is closed cell buy thicker sheets of it use it for filler and then pour the aero marine stuff over it because it will be very expensive to do all of it with the aeromarine did it in my cuddy worked great

I watched all of your videos and used a lot of your ideas. It’s 10 years later, do you still have the boat? How has everything held up?

Doing the same thing.... Placed a pop-up over the whole works (just extended existing poles use metal from old bed frame) in the shade and out of the rain.... at a fan and we'll be cooler too.

@pchansen100 I will do that once the glass is done and I can figure out where the best place to drill them is.

+Alex de Latorre There is a video on how to make it on my channel. You mix the resin like normal, but then just use enough fibers and cabosil to thicken it up.

I bet you can't wait to finish all the fiberglassing and be done and move on to the next step

I'm really enjoying your videos. You give many good tips for doing this work. Did you think about suing the guy who sold you the boat?

I would think closed cell foam would be better. Shouldn't hold the water.

I can't stand foam in a house. I like it to breathe!
