One of the biggest challenges staff face in senior care is dealing with problem behaviors with their residents. This video features tips and techniques to appropriately respond to commonly presented behaviors exhibited by many cognitively impaired residents. These include: agitation, aggression, resisting care, repetitive behaviors, sexually inappropriate behaviors, disruptive vocalizations, apathy/withdrawn, and wandering.
