As someone with inattentive ADHD this makes me feel a sort of panic, kind of like when someone is trying to talk to me while theres too much background noise
@RD-hd3sl
9 ай бұрын
I get it, I wrote somewhere it felt like if my thoughts were turned into music & words then cranked up & played over my actual thoughts. I wonder if it'd be different if you listened when you feel calm, if you didn't the 1st time that is. It was diff when I was calm or meditating. Also have inattentive type [hyperactive faded into adulthood I don't notice it unless I get excited then I can't stop moving]. It's weird they call it 'Inattentive' if Only they knew how much we THOUGHT & over thought. Very quickly as well. I want to tell people sometimes "I can't pay attention to someone talking about how it rained for an hour yesterday bc it doesn't interest me. Talk about The nature of reality, human psychology, anything interesting & I'll pay attention easier. I don't though, bc ... well I can't help it & they'd say "so you mean.... 'selective hearing.' No. Not at all. It's like the words you're speaking are going around my head - they're not being processed. A LOT of other things are being processed though.

I understand the frustration of uneducated people making assumptions about what ADHD people like based on stereotypes. But I feel as though you're assuming the creator isn't Neurodivergent themself, and isn't just trying to share a pleasant experience with others who they think might enjoy it too. If it's worth anything, I have ADHD like you, and this made me happy + even made my mind quiet for a little bit. So we clearly all have different experiences, and that's the amazing part about having a community imo.

Hello - went through 30+ comments till I reached one that this effect didn't phase the commentator - It's not confusing to true-adhd_people ~ this is how we hear our environment - those who this confuses or produces anxiety ~ do not have the data-processing to still maintain a focused-position + hear the sense of the story, And; still have a full-reservoir of computing-processing-power - - - I find this neat if it's tweaked a little more; can make a language - encrypted ~ to those with a particular neurological frequency that is found in those with -{ not just ADHD }- any neurological/chemical_imbalamcements - once given the precise_sensory-input_frequency of their data-receptors - - -

@@donplunkett1153 You do know that ADHD is often comorbid with other things, and that those things can trigger meltdown's from sensory processing disorder? Don't assume that every person who heard this was in a safe, calm, happy environment and wasn't on the verge a meltdown as some people commenting were possibly in an unpleasant situation and this audio only ended up adding to it. You can also do diaphragmatic breath work or meditation which really just means observing your thoughts and then letting them flow in and out. But ADHD is just a hypersensitive empath. You're sensitive to energy. Energy doesn't lie but people's words and even their actions can. You have a superpower. The world wants to condemn you because they're fearful of it and don't know how to control you, because they want predictability and compliance, so never let them control you. What is going on around you that you are sensitive to? Minimize EMF frequencies ,protect yourself with orgone, Faraday fabric, always shut your router off at night and wear blue blockers for your eyes, protect your lap from your laptop, all that stuff causes anxiety and jitters. Because We are vibrational energy frequency and Light beings, so you may want to get some energy work done or work on protecting your aura and bringing it back into you versus having it be farther out where it's picking up everyone else's crap. That was my issue LOL until I worked on being fully conscious of my vibrational frequency and what I was putting out there, it's all subconscious until we bring it into our consciousness

When will the world understand that no two people are the same. Especially if they have ADHD, Autism, or even another disorder. I’m seeing many comments by different people with ADHD that hate this, but also those who love it. Don’t say “People with ADHD will love this” when you don’t even know how the disorder works.

I have ADHD and I LOVEEE this like I cannot get enough of this and will not stop watching this and will sometimes watch this for hours on end I'm glad I found this. This audio kinda represents what my brain would sound like and it's like heaven to me and kinda makes my head tingle once I'm fully relaxed listening to it it's the best 8D neurodivergent audio I have ever come across thanks so much you don't understand how much I love this audio. It just sends an electro single to my brain to calm me down and stuff and it makes me so happy I love this thx so much. I also love the talk box audios and the traveling sound ones they make me feel the same way but not as much as this one, I could listen to this all dayyyy

As someone with diagnosed adhd, this makes no sense. People with adhd aren’t dumb. Or lesser minded. They’re just people with difficulties in places where others succeed.
