The Adidas Boston has been a very popular shoe with runners for many years, offering a versatile ride that combined both speed and enough comfort for long-distance events. However, in recent years new foams and tech like plates and rollers in other shoes had perhaps started to make the Boston seem a little out of date, so Adidas has made huge updates to the 10th edition of the shoe.

The question is; have these changes made the Boston a better running shoe? Run Tester Nick has logged over 100km in the Boston 10 and is here to deliver his verdict on whether it's worth considering as your next daily trainer.
