How To Make traditional Georgian dish - Adjaruli Khachapuri (Cheese Bread)?

❂ Dough Ingredients
- 1/4 cup warm water (60 ml)
- 1/2 Tbsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk (120 ml)
- 2 cup All purpose flour (270 g)
- 1.5 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar
❂ Filling Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 Egg's Yolks
- 1 mixed egg (grease)
- Butter (50g) (grease)
❂ Cooking process
- Stir dry yeast in warm water and leave it for 15 minutes
- Mix all ingredients for dough with yeast mass and leave for 40 minutes in a warm and dark place
- Mix the dough thoroughly, divide into two even halves and leave for another 10 minutes
- Mix 3 types of cheese
- Roll out the prepared two pieces of dough in the shape of an oval on the board
- Wrap some cheese inside the edges of the Khachapuri on all sides, forming a 'boat-shaped' dough.
- Fill the inside of the 'boats' with cheese to the brim.
- Put in the oven for 10 minutes (350 °F/ 180 °C)
- Pull out them from oven, pour the yolks into the center of the Khachapuri and brush the edges with the egg mixture
- Put in the oven for another 10 minutes (350 °F/ 180 °C)
- Brush with butter and Enjoy your own made Adjaruli Khachapuri 😋
