You can totally do handstands at your size. Are you conditioning for it. Training shoulders, lats and traps? Push up progressions and pull ups (with a TRX) to build the back strength. Are you regularly training your core. Like Pilates style. Your ab strength will really help you balance PLUS your lats.

Yes you can do it - I have seen heavier women than you doing handstands. It's just shoulder work and core and learning where you need to correct in order to balance

It's not defeatist to realize that not all sports are for all body types! I came to a similar realization with rock climbing/bouldering. To excel at it, most people need a low BMI. Any kind of extra mass, muscle or fat, is a disadvantage - and I have a lot of mass. lol. Plus the sport felt hard on my joints. So I quit, and I moved onto something that's more aligned with my body type.

My feet use to cramp from pointing toes in dance. I found those muscles just needed worked and stretched (also stretching the calf). Helped a ton! 😊

I wonder if you do mega reformer pilates, it would strengthen you in areas that will help you support yourself as you're doing the handstands. Not sure, just occurred to me as I was watching your attempts. Good luck, you're truly inspirational 😊

as a fellow big titty gal, you should measure yourself for a better fitting bra if you haven’t already! and they sell sports bras based on bra size on amazon too. even though the reduction is coming, that should definitely help in the meantime. since getting my proper size i don’t get the marks from my bra anymore and the back pain is way less

Sounds like your mental hang ups and fear is holding you back, and yes you want to be smaller and you feel like it’s going to be so much easier, but it sounds like a mental thing and not physical. Because your capable, your body is capable, your doing it, your form looks great, yes your in a heavier build doesn’t mean your physical uncapable of doing it.
