I wasn't going to upload this video of me feeling defeated, low, down, depressed etc, but I want to show sides of Autism that some people won't see as for someone like me, I lock myself away until I can shake this feeling, and no one is any the wiser.
It isn't easy staying above the line of contentment, and every so often something happens that brings you down with a crash that knocks the wind out of you. It could be something as major as a job loss, or something as simple as the shop not having your favourite brand of drink.
But when it hits, it hits hard...
I hope this is informative or helpful for those who understand this feeling, or to those who may be trying to understand others.
