We're excited to partner with basketball skills trainer Hunter Rhodes (@CoachRhodes) to provide drills to help elevate your ball handling abilities.
In this video, Hunter demontrates an advanced ball handling drill focused on lateral movement. Players will need a basketball and two cones. Players will start the drill by going over the top of the cone to "float laterally" in a figure 8 motion between the cones. The goal is for players to keep their hips square and avoid crossing their feet.
