Another important thing during assessment is to maintain communication with the patient, telling them what you are doing, asking them how it feels for example. When you are removing blankets you might say "I'm going to have a look at your legs and feet, and examine you, is that okay? Then, whilst you are doing so ask if they feel warm, or cold. You're doing three things here, mental cognition, encouraging them to communicate, and establishing how they feel.

Tele is V6 placement, which is fine. We do this for our CABG. Great video.
