Wow thank you so much for the info! I kinda have been ignoring all the signs of ( what I think) is gluten intolerance. But ever since I completely cut it out I've noticed a massive change in the chronic inflammation, energy levels, etc have improved exponentially.

I have celiac disease and I have exhausted adrenals. I have to take cortisol for that. How does that apply to me?
