Hi Alexandre, you can move it by holding the space button and the left mouse button alternatively you can lock the scroll wheel on your mouse and move the image while holding the wheel.

It's a great tutorial if you don't care what all these settings are. Would be nice if you went into detail about what each setting does!!!!

I'm using premiere pro and after effects and I'm unable to render with neat video denoise effects applied The denoise process in premiere looks like it was working in previous...I tuned for a long time.. I think experted to tender, the video rendered without Denise effect (video was the same as before) I'm rendering using h.264/5 codecs... Is that a problem?

Hey Harri, sorry you have the problems with render. Could you please make a short video demonstrating what exactly is happening and send it to our support team? Also, it would be great if you could send the smallest project where the problem is consistently reproduced to supportATneatvideoDOTcom ? We'll try to locate the issue and suggest a solution or fix whatever is causing.

Love the plugin. Question about colorspace. Should one adjust the color going into the plugin, especially if it is dark and may have negative values (for example, Alexa footage with dark/high contrast areas)? If so, what's the workflow? Lin2Log - neatvideo - Log2Lin?
@NeatClips

Hi Eugen, glad that you like Neat Video. You are absolutely right about the Log workflow. Lin2Log -> NeatVideo -> Log2Lin. We have just covered this in our latest blog post :-) blog.neatvideo.com/post/nv-rs1 . It was mainly created for Resolve users, but the core concepts are universal.

What are the best settings for 8mm film? The loss of sharpness is evident but would like a way to eliminate noise without sacrificing too much. I have NV5.3 with Premiere Pro.

Hi and thank you for the question. To see the frequency sliders, please switch to Advanced mode (Tools > Advanced mode). On the Build Noise Profile go to Noise Level > Frequencies (in the right panel). Also, you can find Freqiuncies on the Adjust and Preview tab. Just go Spatial > Noise REductions Amount > Frequencies.

hey team, so I just purchased your plugin, and the first clip I used it for was great (probably because there was almost no movement), but now it is very blury and not sharp enough. I tried what you recommended below but it didn't work enough. Any other advice or tutorial? Thx
@NeatClips

Hey Pavel, if the video was sharp originally, the filtered version should be sharp as well. Try to rebuild noise profile making sure you use a uniform area without any details and don't go too far with settings on the Adjust and Preview tab. Also, you can enable sharpening in the Spatial filter. If you have no luck, feel free to send us a short part of the clip and we'll have a look.

Hy neat video!! What is your sharpening recommendation?

As always, don't overdo it ;-) Start with fine details and adjust high frequency first then, if that was not enough, move towards larger details and adjust lower frequencies.

Hey Neat Video ! Your software probably works great but this vdeo goes way too fast on the different aspects and leaves many settings to be explained. Also puting background music is only distracting and frankly pointless. Gonna look for another tutorial if i can find one..

I wish Neat Video would have selected a different demonstrator for these videos. I'm sure this person knows the software very well...but she speaks very fast and at times a difficult to understand accent. It's very distracting. Great software...but not very good video tutorials for the new version.

you can also change the playback speed in the youtube player. Click the gear icon. You should try 1.25 on this video.

Hi and thanks for the question! There are two ways to change the viewer mode: go to the View menu > Viewer Mode > YCrCb + Enhanced Contrast (or YCrCb (Luminance, Chrominance)) OR Click "Normal" (the viewer mode currently selected) in the bottom left corner and switch to YCrCb + Enhanced Contrast (or YCrCb (Luminance, Chrominance)).
