hard times for rims, tyres, screws and bolts. and always keep the water level below the airbox 😂. i wish there were as cool tracks as in mid wales here in bavaria but there aren't. super cool!

Awesome hello there in bavaria 👋 yea these conditions are really tough on the bikes but at nearly 12k miles mine is holding together well and as for the water it came close a couple of times of getting to high im not normally a fan of water crossing but this was a top day thanks for watching 👍

It's nice to see that there is still great riding places for bikes in UK. In Italy it's getting harder and harder, depending on where you are at.

Hello, really nice video! When have you done that ride? I'm planning to go to wales/england for tet, and i'm searching the best period to go there (not too much water...).

Hi we did this ride earlier this month and from what poeple have said this was quite low water i think it varies because the dam feeds the rivers that over flow onto the trails that said i would still of thought the middle of summer (june,july) would still be the best chance of low water personally 👍

The stock bash plate seems like paper to me. You go through some serious terrain, maybe add a stronger one to avoid heartbreaks😊

Amazing ride! Which riding mode do you use ?
@ads_rides

Thanks for watching 👍 i always use off road mode with abs and traction control turned off engine breaking at its highest setting 3 i think and engine map 1 the most aggressive
@pita25

@@ads_rides thank you for quick response mate. Basically you use an “Individual” with all controls on off and most aggressive on every engine aspect. I own a Tuareg too and I still use the off road mode with Traction at minimum and Abs on front wheel at minimum too. Don’t you find useful the minimum traction on slippery field? All my best from south Italy :)

@pita25 yea but keep all my individual settings on off road so i know when i get back to a road and use another mode its got abs and traction on if that makes sence. I find having any traction on while off roading just compromise everything the wheel cant spin free to clean mud out the tyre it or to find grip it also limits wheelie so if i need to lift the front over obstacles this is a problem with traction on at all but with it off all is ok in my opinion.
