Must have cost a fortune to get Liam Neeson for this video. ;) Thanks for the insight on how to approach the training. Strong work mate.

Woohoo!! Very well done 🥳👍👍👍. I'm glad they were useful 😁 I saw some pictures from the race yesterday, i hope a video is coming out. I really liked the look of that kayak stage - that was one huge river 👍

Hi Andrew, loving these videos. Watching in the lead up to my 2nd AR. Thank you. I have a topic suggestion/request. Would be really interested in any tips specific to kayaking. Ie gear/tips/techniques/manouvering 2 person boats through obstacles etc.

Thanks Adam I did my first adventure race last fall and my second on this week. Jen Segger is my coach and developed a great training plan for me. And you are correct that the training can be fun too

Jen Segger trained my wife remotely from Squamish for an AR about a dozen years ago and she says that she wouldn’t have placed if it wasn’t for Jen. Another great video.

Rest is literally doing nothing physical. Feet up. Recovery is taking it easy/mild effort. 🙂👍
