Adventures with EDS shows my experiences with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome , Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome ( POTS ) and Chronic Migraine. Each day I face chronic pain, fatigue and many other symptoms but I still manage to have adventures despite my disability.
In this episode of Adventures with EDS I travel from Norwich to Ely, Ely to Coventry and Coventry to Warwick on my way to the Ehlers Danlos Syndrome UK (EDS UK) & Hypermobility Syndromes Associations ( HMSA) 's first joint wellbeing and management conference otherwise known as #LiveWellBendy17 .
I met loads of great people and heard lots of professionals talk all about EDS and its various effects and comorbities including POTS & MCAS. In this video I show vlog as much as I can once at the conference and then take you through the top 5 things that I learned over the weekend from the various speakers. I also show you my purchases which will aid me in my daily life as well as my understanding of EDS.
