jerryonspeed of course hard rock or at least they planted the seads for the hard rock movemant, with the showmanship hard rock is blues rock also with heavy guitars but the core is the same its blues rock , Morison was a defining figure for all hard rock singers and Jagger also this guys are the best singers and showmen so how can any heavy metal singer be better, no way
@bloozedaddy
9 жыл бұрын
+Joeltaa347 selective of course but Morrison was a lounge singer as far as I could hear. Jagger a stylist..a great one...Roth ? one of the best frontmen...not much of a singer. Hagar is actually a great singer...how about Paul Rodgers ? My issue with Plant is I NEVER heard one live show or concert where he went for the high notes...always copped-out when singing songs like Rock 'n' Roll etc.

think on the bright side - the technology we have today allowing near instantaneous retrieval of concert recordings and film / tapes - that is light years ahead of the state of music and video technology of the 1970's and 1980's. Goes a long way toward keeping the legendary musicians alive forever!
