2:30. Sir. Youre right about that water myth about their talking. Small amout of water will be just blown away or vaporized. Not unless the aerox will be fully subermerged in water though...

I actually do not have a telephone number here in the Philippines. It's been awhile since I've had a cellphone Sim. Over 4 years. I was a boss before my retirement. Employee calling me often in the middle of the night. I like it better overall without the phone number now 🤪 sounds a little crazy

How was your throttle body? They said it will ruin it bec of the dirt that becomes carbon and sunddenly it will stick to TB resulting to poor performance and of course spending money to clean it
@stevekb1dig
3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching and your comments. The shot answer is my throttle body is just fine. No unusual problems from the ram air intake. Only required normal cleaning. Mixed opinions on the ram air intake and pod air filter. Mostly negative. My response is show me.. they can not 🤠 I have been experimenting with this along with some other performance air intake setups over the past 3 years. Check out my KZitem channel. Basically, all you can do is go uphill hahaha. The factory intake and air filter is over restricted. Suffocating the motor so bad that it sucks oil through the crankcase ventilation tube. Personally, I think just about anything is better then the factory air box setup. Mostly because it doesn't suck in any oil from the engine crankcase. So, oil no longer gathers and clings to the walls of the fuel injection throttle body. Acting like fly paper for microscope dirt particles. The Rad brand performance air filter I am using is as good or better than the factory air filter. Also, in another video upload i currently run a different ram air intake tube. This one point a different direction and the air filter is located up inside the body cowling. This solves a lot of potential problems with water infiltration for the rainy season. But, the water is not a big deal. Anything that gets past the filter easily gets pulled into the engine and burns up... We are taking drops.

Hello there, i tried to install the ram alongside with the air filter which looks exactly like yours but i've discovered while riding, the entire ram is vibrating vigourously, would it be safe if i didnt secure it like how you did it? Will it come off midway through?
@stevekb1dig
3 жыл бұрын
I ran my ram air intake just by itself. Probably for the first month or so. It didn't come off. But, I had my concerns that it might shake loose at some point. So, I started experimenting with some sort of support bracket. The bracket was a positive. It's really nice. No more visions of my ram air intake bouncing down the road in my rearview mirror 😳 hahaha 🤣

Thank you for watching and your comments Here in this particular part of the philippines. This item is pretty common in a lot of the motorcycle speed shops. It's a DIY part. Made from a strap of pliable aluminum. And, a couple of anodized bolts. As described in the video.
