@chillin1- it doesn’t matter if he was cheating. He’s not the one who got caught. She got caught and she risked losing everything. So of course there’s a motive. I still don’t think you should joke around like that with any man you are sleeping with. What if her boyfriend took that “joke” seriously? Those kids would be without a father right now. That’s just not something you should say even if you are joking or just mad.

I agree…. She had a good and happy life but we don’t know what was going on behind closed doors. I’m not condoning or excusing what she did I’m just saying it looked perfect on the outside but for all we know she’s telling the truth and he was abusing her. And she was being unfaithful maybe he was as well. I don’t know.. whenever money gets involved added in with love and hate it’s just a mess… never be worth more to someone dead than you are alive 🤷🏻♀️ I feel like this was definitely financially motivated if she just wanted to be with Terrance she could have done that they were divorcing. She was pissed because he was trying to make sure she didn’t get anything financially. And she didn’t want to lose her lavish lifestyle and her private jet 🙄 now she’s gonna lose her kids not just physically but she’s going to lose their love and respect how are they supposed to forgive her for this and move on from the fact she tried to have their father killed? 😢 I feel so heartbroken for those kids most of all.

This is very one sided. If you look at more footage like the 911 calls made by Robert and his mother, etc. It's starting to look like a setup, and Lindsay fell right into it. Robert's mother is a MONSTER in law. Lindsay's mother has also never said anything publicly about her daughter negatively. That's coming out of the mouth of Robert's controlling mother. Innocent until proven guilty. Also, people should do more research before jumping to conclusions.

Usually that’s what happens with people who “have it all”. After sometime, they’ve done it all. It’s why insanely rich people are usually very deranged and demented. They dabble into horrible things because they have experience all there is to experience so there is not more excitement. Imagine doing everything you have ever wanted to do in your life MULTIPLE times over. Eventually, it becomes a bit numbing. Normal folk work hard and have the gratification of working really hard to earn JUST enough to go on a nice vacation maybe once a year. People like this, the world is their playground. It’s why I’ve never aspired to be extremely wealthy. After a certain point it’s nice to have enough to live comfortably and humbly. Money (And power) destroys people.

Custody is the key with money a close second. I speak from personal experience following a four year, $200,000 each custody battle with my ex. We didn’t plot to kill each other (I don’t think he did), but if one of us had died the survivor wouldn’t have been upset. My ex wanted close to what Robert did: full physical custody, our $2M home, no spousal support, … My ex had monetary resources to crush me in court, which he almost did. His girlfriend moved into our home before my side of the bed was cold and she was very active in the legal process and egging on my ex. Very toxic and traumatic. I can’t imagine what my texts/emails to my friends said! It’s 23 years later and I’m still suffering financially while he and his current wife are living in luxury and traveling the world. I doubt my ex remembers who I am although our son is 28yo.

I knew a woman with all the same established wealth, husband, and children who completely walked away from her life due to drug addiction. She got hooked after some medical procedures. She started seeking pain medicine through dealers. Suddenly, she leaves her home and family to move in with her dealer. She had no remorse. She may even be dead now. Very sad.

Sending text messages about having your estranged spouse killed is one thing, but I feel like sending pictures so it is known what a target looks like ratchets the suspicion up to 11. That feels like the "taking steps to advance the plot of a conspiracy" box just got checked. As to the boytoy saying that people are "taking things at face value" as though that's overthinking the situation, uh, no, guy, taking something at face value means you're seeing things for what they are. The husband not wanting to give alimony doesn't mean she automatically gets nothing. Cheating on your spouse can forfeit your rights to alimony. However if she got custody of the kids or even 50/50 custody he would most likely have to pay child support, and yes, child support can also include things like rent to keep a roof over a child's head. His child support payments would be high considering his income. Let's face it, if he was working two minimum wage jobs in McDonald's and Burger King, and she had an affair, everyone would be saying no way should he pay alimony. Alimony is financial support to the spouse only, not the kids.

I think there is more to the story as well… has it been confirmed that it wasn’t just Terrance Trying to have Robert killed? Like it was confirmed in their evidence on the whats app messages that Lindsay was apart of the messages? I don’t know if they can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she was apart of the murder for hire just with some messages 😅 but idk how things work in the Bahamas. But from my understanding the way they found out was based on what’s app messages from Terrance to the hitman telling him to “kill him” with a picture of Robert… what message was there that lead them to Lindsay? 🤔

I hate hearing about cases like this. Sometimes things don’t work out… get divorced…. Share your assets… pay your wife. I was in a marriage with a man who didn’t want me to work… big greed ball when I threatened to divorce him. … even though he insisted I didn’t work. I was supposed to be a maid, a driver, a HO, banker, errand boy, outfitter, planner… but entitled to nothing when he cheated…and I wanted out. Bullshit. When you haven’t been in the work force, no one wants to hire you. At least not a living wage. I’m not sure what happened, but it sounds like he did not want to support her. My husband was a bully, and terrorist…. Narcissist to the max. Hope she is innocent and it was a set up… God bless their kids.

Her parents not showing up speaks volumes. My parents would both show up, even if it were the most appalling crime I'm being acccused of, even if only to walk my butt into court to make sure I was held accountable and let me know how much I'd just damaged my kids life-long emotionally...maybe even take interviews telling the world they didn't raise me like that. They'd not like my acts but they love me unconditionally. They'd never abandon me, and they'd make me repent because of their goodness. Also, they'd make sure to see justice served but luckily they don't have to worry about me like that. We all deserve parents like that. Sadly, conspiring to commit murder doesn't come with long jail time. I hope karma boomerangs back on this one. But it does sound to me like she was struggling with something internally. To go from a life like that to an affair with a rando in the Bahamas, drugs, etc- midlife crisis maybe? Struggling to figure out what to do next since everything she’s known since college is now over. Idk. Terrible all the way around. To gather evidence in order to screw her in the divorce. Ik how these good ol boys work and ik about how the wealthy southern family goes to extreme lengths to protect the sons of such families. My father was this way with my mom.... he didn't even want custody of us, he just didn't want to give my mother a dime in child support. She didn't even ask for alimony after 22 years and he went thru great lengths to keep from giving her $... even tho it cost him more $ to have custody of us, it was the southern principle. I guarantee this case is being formed to vilify her when she is probably the less sinister of the two. I bet her parents was worried about being outcast and vilified from their station as well.

I have been through a divorce myself with an ex-husband who was an attorney. Can you imagine the struggle I went through? But the issue with divorce is that peoples desire for revenge is an emotional response. But when you’re getting divorced, you must remain rational. The problem is arose when he wanted to punish her and his family wanted to punish her and get revenge on her for her behavior. Extremely irrational. They should’ve let her keep the house, giving her some alimony, shared custody, and none of this would’ve happened, but the desire for revenge and punishment affects peoples decision, making and makes for poor judgment. So even though she had extremely poor judgment on her part, from what I am hearing, she may have a mental health issue, boredom is one of the most significant signs of an addictive personality. But they showed poor judgment on their side, I’m talking about the husbands side by desiring to punish her and destroy her and take away her children.

So she goes cheating, and you think she should just get the house, alimony and 50% custody. No, she should have 50% custody, one year to find a new home, and child support for the kids. Alimony is financial support for the spouse, not kids. Why should he have to write her a paycheck, she's a young woman that cheated, that means getting a job. If my spouse cheated I'd definitely file for divorce, and if I was ordered to pay alimony (paycheck for cheating spouse) I'd just stop working.
