I lost my sister 3 months ago and I’ve been sad as hell and been in a really dark place. I went to your concert last night drove 3 hours in really bad snow just to see you out in Des Moines and was scared I was gonna get stranded but I didn’t! I had the best night of my life seeing you and everyone else performing! Thank you afroman for pulling me out of that dark place and I’m not all the way ok but you gave me a lot of strength to keep pushing! Thank you og🥲✊🏿💯 can’t wait to see you again!!!!!!!!!!!

the second you pass 30 you realize just how old you are when you interact with someone younger! My first shot was at 25 being called mister by some kids on my street, they saluted me " good day mister" and I, no joke looked behind me to see if there was a older neighbor behind and salute myself! And after that when I got past 30 my body reminded my , I got allergies I never had, lactose intolerance, joints cracking, I swear I feel older just from writing this, and technically I am older then when I started :D

Your Homies are right here ..... but I feel what you're saying .... Those memories are beautiful , Thick laces and Nike wind breakers, all those fads - Mini Trucks - hair styles - Rat tails - lol . Crusing in the ride down the main street with your homies trying to hook up with the ladies ! My homeboy had a big ole peach colored lincoln continental we used to cruise in , we called his ride "Peach Fuzz" lol -That ride was comfortable though ! Before cell phones i used to get incoming calls at the pay phone in my hood - lol. did everything off of my pager . Levis 501's where the go to pants ! Haha Love you Afroman - keep doing what you do . Its all good Playa ! God Bless

in my 34 years of life I've seen so many technological changes that now when I interact with a person under 28 I realize how old I actually am, kids now don't even know what a cassette is, let alone a walkman, hell even an mp4 player is antiquity for them! the world is changing around us and we must adapt or be left behind, but I swear it's hard to keep up!
