Thanks for the expression. Tip, if you cntrl double click the pan behind icon it will automatically move your anchor point to center. No dragging necessary.

What if i just want dynamic width, and, lets say, have a static height of 25px? Sorry, real script-noob here.

then you'd eliminate the y= s.sourcerectattime() line, and the bracket would be [x, 25]

Yeah as long as you convert to template, it should work in premiere!

Hey, I'm looking to have this also as right justified, how would I do it? Right now the whole, dividing by 2 make its to be left justified, but I can't figure out how to do it for the right side. Thoughts???

This tutorial is like "give a man a fish". I'd recommend searching for tutorials that explain the ins and outs of sourceRectAtTime(); which cover more of these customizations. "teach a man to fish" style. Needless to say, those types of tutorials are more in-depth and take longer to get through. I'm still trying to figure it out myself.
