Transition is not a forever thing. Transition is complete when you’ve reached your goals. After that, it’s about finding how to live without all the transition focus anymore. For me, it was five years of hrt and five surgeries later where I reached my completeness. Now my pursuits are the same as any other woman.

Hello Chloe, I am transgender mtf and I'm an artist. You look so pretty and I would like to say Thanks you for being yourselves. Transitioning takes much energy and above all to be courageous. So, takes care ❤

Hi Chloe, great video. I'm at the beginning of my journey, started living full time about a month ago. I started giving Transgender talks (speaking engagements) to businesses. I'm always looking for the opportunity to speak with the public who want to know about trans issues. Love the together-ness you mention, power in numbers! I think by speaking about being trans in a positive light we can educate more people that being trans isn't a mental illness nor should it be stigmatized in negativity.

good point on the question: what after transition? Although i do not agree with your conclusion at all - you will never achieve understanding with "power" and building up ONLY your community - but rather by being a rolemodel that is improving something in the world - meaning to say: especially OUTSIDE - of their community. Marie Curie-Sklodovska did more for the emancipation of women than all these modern feminists together, because she did understand that. She left a legacy to the world and proved all haters wrong that used power to keep others down. Be aware what you want to become, be yourself - but also try to be an exceptional benefit for those who opposed you at the beginning - and win them over, instead silencing them.

Hey! Chloe, I absolutely agree with your point about your transition being all consuming, I have found that it is taking over my life which I guess in someways can only be expected but I’m finding that as my gender is changing and my identity shifting I kinda feel as though I’m losing sight of who I really am and it makes me feel a little lost sometimes. I don’t truly know who this woman inside me really is or what she likes and dislikes and I find that’s making things really difficult when it comes to understanding my direction in life. I’m scared that my life is becoming all about my transition. If that were to become the case, who is actually left inside this shell when most of my transition is complete. I know we never really stop transitioning and that it goes on for the rest of our lives, but being trans isn’t a job and it is still only a singular aspect of ourselves, granted it is a whopping great big aspect but being trans can’t be who I am, it has to remain part of what makes me who I am. Does that make sense? I can’t allow myself to be defined by my trans gender, rather I should allow it to influence my life but not be my life. I hadn’t considered any of this at all until I watched your video tonight so I am eternally grateful to you for bringing this crucially vital point into consideration for me. Claire in Scotland 🏴 xx

Great thoughts, Chloe. Thank-you! Right, well, the money is in banking. So an international LGBT+ bank (run as a mutual) which we could all migrate to, and which would offer us all the usual banking, business and personal loans, mortgages, insurance services, and pensions, all without normal banks prejudices and distrust of us. This would then support the creation of thousands of businesses built by LGBT+ entrepeneurs around the globe, and help bring about a more unified and stronger voice for all LGBT+ human beings. With love and respect, Matilda B. (Oxford, UK).

How about, "I'm a nurse and activist who happens to be a trans woman". You're absolutely right about asserting ourselves. Transition is a goal, but life goes on. What are you going to do with it? When you become the woman you've wanted to be, now let's see what this woman is going to do next?

we all have multiple identities depending on the context we find ourselves depends on the identity we present to the world. being trans is part of who i am but it isn't all of who i am. it is unhealthy to allow one aspect of our identity to dominate the others. it allows others to pigeonhole us and to put expectations on how we behave. it allows them to deny us an unqualilied voice in other aspects of our life. i am trans but .i don't what that to define all that i am.

I agree with you there needs to be a place where trans people can go for a job and also a place to get training. About a year ago I came across a youtube about a lady who started a restaurant so trans people could have a place to work, I think she was in California.A little over 2 years ago I transitioned, I've worked in this factory for 25+ years and would like to do something else, where I help people and not someone who is interested in how much profit they make. I wish I could work at an orphanage or work with lepers, probably sounds corny, Tiffany

I don't know if your goal includes the reallocation of the genital organs or if you have already done it, from the comments I read below I seem to understand that you still have a male part .. I know that many trans girls do not take that step for various reasons , trust me, I don't care to know, I have no ulterior motives, I am an Italian gay who could be your father ... I really like your determination in wanting to create something that serves to acquire a power and visibility, but above all a respect that so far they are missing, in our societies, of course it is a good commitment, it reminds me a lot of the civil rights struggles of the 70s and 80s, but until it is made clear that we are not a threat and that we can all live together without fear to be killed only because different like all the others, after all, each of us is unique and unrepeatable is where the potential should arise, many different elements, but with a common purpose, to break down the barriers and live together the others without judging by the color, or the content in the underwear ... I hope to read you soon and to see a new video, I really like the polite tone you have in exposing your ideas ... Good all soon.Angelo

Not that I know anything about this....at least not now. I think one of the largest growing areas is going to be robotics. There is sort of another industrial revolution happening and in the next 5 to 10 years robots will be doing most jobs. If we moved into that area and hired and promoted other transgender people.....I think it could accomplish what you are talking about.

Wielding power was a little ranting; so for future reference when you talk about your goals leave power, money, especially about getting rich, out of it. because they are not the point of the subject and are nothing but tools to wield as a means to an end whether you get to that end or not at all. I know you mean well so please choose your words wisely the next you bring up your goals. Also; find others like you that seek the same thing. You heard of Kayla Autumn Ward?
