I have tested alot of vertical options and I was not happy with the MX Vertical because of the sitz. So I ordered the Lift because it seemed better for my hands. Sadly all the plus points on the vertical - the lift doesn't have those. Not enough grip and feels cheaper that the Vertical. Long story short. I'm using the MX vertical now because of the less amount of compromises. There is a Lenovo option that looks even better. Might try that one soon.

that grey logitech made me so happy at first but it died after JUST 1 year. the price is pretty high considering it's not for gaming but more to take care of your wrist if you work for hours and hours (I think I was using it around 14hrs per day). at some point left click had to be clicked like SEVEN times to work. I would be willing to try the lift and give logitech's vertical mouse a second chance but I do have to advice to be careful with the other one if you ever find it! thank yo u for this review!

Nice review of the mouse I just got my hands on one, Logitech lift . Super easy to set up just switch it on and the Bluetooth picked it up I was actually looking for the manual on how to period so it’s really very very easy. I think the only thing I had a little bit of difficulty understanding was the small button and the free scrawling wheel which I’ve never used before so that’s a bit new to me.It’s pretty comfortable, especially if you’re struggling with Wrist issues or carpel tunnel I would definitely say to get it but today is the first day of using it and it is really comfortable in terms of hand placement. It’s amazing how naturally my hand is resting on this mouse, as compared to me turning my whole hand face down when I’m using the normal type of mouse. It’s also a nice looking mouse in terms of colour it looks like the Old School keyboards a question I have is if I’m using an iPad can I customise the buttons or do I need a computer or a Mac book to customise the buttons. Thanks for the video keep making more 😌👍🏼 For me the selling point of this mouse is comfortable hand placement, did absolutely silent clicks especially if you work in an office where it’s really really quiet, the design is not bad It depends on which angle you look at it from top view it’s nice it looks like a teardrop but from the right side it kind of looks like Classical mouse.

Very key thing for me, for I do love white colored mice. They have one fatal flaw on all that I've used so far. It's the discoloration (yellow staining) of the area's you make contact with. For all current users, has anyone experienced said discoloration on this Lift Vertical mouse? Thanks

Great review. Succinct and on point! One thing to check - would you know if the 'profile' switching can be done via assigning a button on the mouse, instead of having to press the designated button at the bottom of the mouse? For context, I am using the M720 that has the '1,2,3' selector on the top of the mouse, which i find more convenient when switching machines. (M720 ships with the MK850 keyboard combo set).

Anyone using this mouse, if the index finger is extending behind the mouse- that means it is too small for your hand size? In all the videos I see people resting their index finger about 0,5-1cm before the outer border of the mouse (based on the logitech sizing recommendations, logitech lift vertical left should be the correct option for my hand size, but I feel like they are not taking into consideration the different finger lengths)
@TechCritter
2 жыл бұрын
The finger length isn't exactly important here since I tend to park my palms a little bit further to the back anyway. The palm size matters more as the mouse wouldn't be able to be grabbed if it's too small.

I bought both to try them out. My hand is close to 8 inches. I want to like the Lift more, because it's cheaper, but the MX Vertical's larger size is definitely more comfortable to me. I enjoy using the Lift, however, I have to bend my fingers to click right or left, and I feel that my hand is slightly too big for it, and the bottom of my hand is solidly in the desk. That doesn't happen with the Vertical where the fingers stay in the same place as I use it. I have a longstanding wrist injury, and since I started using these, the wrist feels slightly better while using, but now, using my computer without either of the Logitech mice feels a LOT WORSE, to the point that my wrist starts quickly hurting if I'm not using it.

There's space for a third button where the ring and pinky fingers rest. Not sure why they don't use that for a third button. It'd be top tier.
