Alluring Glass is fully committed to developing our staff. In fact, 19 out of our 24 employees had no prior experience doing the type of work they do at AG. This means we had to train them from the ground up. While we don't claim to be perfect at training, we have trained many employees and are willing to share what we've learned.
We often tell our younger staff that to excel in their careers, they need to bring the best version of themselves to work every day. They should also identify the skills and behaviors that may be holding them back. Two key areas we focus on are #1 Work Ethic and #2 Attitude (specifically, not being a complainer!).
To cultivate these habits, we emphasize the mindset that "Hard Work is Good." Many people haven't developed this mindset, but we believe that learning to enjoy hard work will be a significant catalyst for their career development. Alongside this, we stress the importance of not complaining. Complaining can be incredibly detrimental to career growth.
Imagine owning a company where hard work is consistently embraced, and complaining simply doesn't happen! That's the culture we're striving to build at Alluring Glass. Stay tuned as we share more about how we are developing our staff. Feel free to reach out with any questions; we are committed to helping others achieve the same.
