Arara group of Cuba ( Fon , Mina , Mahi , Ayizo , Aja or Adja and Ewe descendants of Cuba) Arara is a subgroup of Enslaved Africans who came from ethnic groups such as Fon , Ewe , Mina, Mahi , Mina , Ayizo , Aja or Adja ethnic groups they came from Present day Togo and Benin sold into Slavery by the Europeans , some Araras can be found in some parts of Haiti , some parts of Brazil and some parts of Saint Vincent they can be found mostly in Cuba. I came across them when i was researching on Afro- Cubans who are descendants of African Slaves brought to Cuba the Aarara people are descendants of this ethnic groups listed .

PIERRE AMED Yes it does. Arada (people from Alada-Aja and Fon-Gede) is the ethnic designation and Cult practice of most people of Haiti. The Racine roots are directly traced to Benin although, and we have Kongo descendants and Nago descendants that has ADOPTED the Arada/Alada culture in Haiti and created their own influence. Surely, a majority of Haitian people don’t know this and would like to sometimes think that their style is unique. I wouldn’t take anything seriously nor expect any of these Haitian “religious voodooists” to know about the cult and its music and how it is ancestrally linked with Benin. “Compound Voodoists” of Haiti know better because, families maintained traditions and pass on family prospects through inheritance unlike the nonsense going in the temple societies (initiatory) there now a days where, many of those people don’t know much of the traditions. Thanks for acknowledging this.
