Unemployment rate has been increasing globally leaving graduates the option of entrepreneurship. Regina Opoku hails from Ghana snd holds a batchelor degree in Human Resource. After her Tertiary education, she ventured into small-scale agriculture rather than waiting for employment which mostly delays.
In Ghana, guinea fowls are delicious meat. The birds originated in Africa many years ago. Many people wants the meat but there's a huge production deficit owing to fear of escape, noise produced by the birds, etc., however, Regina converted an uncompleted building into a poultry farm. She roofed the top, sealed possible escape channels with wire mesh and now has over 200 guinea fowls and 50 Kuroilers. She is expecting to earn $3000 from the sales of some of her guinea fowls whilst incubating their eggs for a continuous production.
