Whenever possible, I like to listen to an audiobook version of a book while reading it: it helps keep me totally immersed in the text. Thanks for providing an unofficial audiobook for this one! Listened along with my reading of it yesterday, and it was a pleasure!

Thank you very much for this video! This was one of the most impactful books I’ve ever read! You should try to find a English version of one of Guimarães Rosa works. Highly recommend. His book Sagarana is full of great stories, each one with its own way to affirm life. But I have yet to read Grandes Sertões: Veredas. People here in Brazil says that there are two types of people in this world: those who have never read Grandes Sertões, and those who have never stopped reading it. And again, thank you to spreading the world of Clarice Linspector!

Clarice Lispector is a monument! The personality with the most enigmatic image that our country has ever seen. And his writing is so original, so alive and visceral.

This was fantastic. Thank you so much for doing this. It’s so difficult to find this work in audio (unless I want to have the computer voice read it. 😒)

I had such high hopes but I just can't connect to this book. For all I've heard so far, maybe 1/4, I will summarize it like this in the future: "A few good lines." 😢
