I understand where people are coming from when they say "this is overdone". But you have to understand, this is a blues musician, doing a blues version cover of an amazing song. And he has one of the most powerful voices on planet earth. For him to understate his talent would be a travesty. This is exactly what a Matt Andersen fan wants to see when they see him perform. This is HIM. The Blues are passionate and emotional, and this is perfect in my opinion.

Saw this guy a long time ago and he is one of the best musicians I've ever heard. I've never been in a room where so many people we're so intent on listening

I saw Stuart MacLean live and he had Matt Anderson as a special guest. My 1st time ever hearing him and me and the crowd went insane. Stuart came out after and said jokingly sorry about that performance. Matt Anderson is just unreal

I never had an experience like this before. I have never seen or heard of this man in my life. But a mix of that dangerously precise guitar and that voice, he had me on edge throughout the whole thing I couldn't stop thinking he is going to f**k up any second either by stretching the guitar out too long or his voice but, to my astounding surprise, he didn't. I have never had a piece of music keep me on the edge of my seat like this. Amazing.

I could listen to you sing your grocery list Matt...ohmygosh, the raw passion, range, purest pitch...mesmerizing. Thank you for your passion, and powerful playin'. Wow, human talent expressed so viscerally, so magnificently, and the delivery, primal in essence, touching in reality, touching the collective on every dimension...the control in that voice and on that instrument...mind boggling, so I'll just feel it and be satisfied and appreciative. Bravo.
