Hey thanks for the tips on this. I have to do this very setup for a '57 IR 60 gallon upright that I picked up a couple weeks ago. Well, first I have to do a hydrostatic test on the tank to make sure it's good to go, before I sink any time and money into the rest of it. What kind of oil would you recommend using for the compressor itself? Thanks again, and good work!

I want to ask you a question my air compressor has a breastfeeding on top of the motor. It looks like a pressure switch or some sort I can send you pictures I replace the electrical pressure switch. But it's still doing the same thing it did leaking air when it first starts up and never pumps up the tank just constantly leaking out the top of the brass fitting on the motor.

Hey I have some questions, I have an old air compressor I'm restoring but I want to add a automatic switch regulator, but I'm unsure as of where do I need to connect it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
