Air Fryer Egg Cups | Healthy Egg Bites Recipe
These air fryer egg cups, egg bites, egg omelet, and egg muffins recipe is very easy to make, it's healthy and delicious. A perfect make-ahead breakfast egg bites you can make on a busy day.
eat them for breakfast, pack them for lunches, or as a go-to snack.

Ingredients:
5-6 eggs
3 slices of bacon(cooked and then chopped)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or any cheese available
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/2 tsp salt/ to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper/to taste
1/2 tsp chili flakes/ to taste
2 tbsp heavy cream (may use milk)
Directions:
crack eggs into a bowl and seasonings, and whisk. add shredded cheese, chopped onions, and chopped bell peppers. mix well.divide the egg mixture into two bowls.
add cooked bacon to the one-half and mix.add chopped spinach to the other half and mix.
grease air fryer suitable bowls/cups and pour the mixture into them.arrange them in the air fryer basket.
Air fry/Cook at 320 F for 10-12 minutes. or cook until looks set and a toothpick comes out clean. (mine took 10 minutes to cook)allow them to cool for a bit.
eat them for breakfast, pack them for lunches, or as a go-to snack.
may store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days!
