To make this recipe, you will need:
• 1 cup of cooked rice (200 gram / 7 ounces)
• Oil for preheating the baking tray
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 500 gram / 1 pound of mixed vegetables (I’m using carrots, peas, corn and green beans)
• Seasoning of your choice (I’m using soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper)
• 1 egg
• And a baking tray
Cooking settings are at 200 degrees Celsius op 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
