Thanks for sharing! I actually smiled when you mentioned the grease clean as I realized that IS an additional benefit! A great one at that! Lol. I’ve got some perch thawed out and waiting for me. Air fryer, here we come! :)

Thanks! Good presentation. We tried our bluegill but did egg then breadcrumbs, it didn’t crisp up. The oil right on the fish is a good tip.

this works perfect at 400 in my go wise air fryer but must set time for 4 min turn over fish or check then maybe 3 more minutes but must check temp of fish with temp meter stop at 150 degrees or a little less crisp outside and moist not dry on inside your cooking times are way too long fish cooks fast otherwise its a great recipe

Perch fillets that small.. 380 degrees. . 6 minutes, turn, 3.. max 4.. minutes other side

It helps remove the fishy odor/flavor from the fish. One of the main reasons why some people dislike eating fish.

@@UtahOutdoorActivities If your fish tastes bad (or fishy as you call it) it is not being cleaned or stored properly. My Perch and Pickerel always taste good without soaking them in milk.

Yes, it should work out just fine. I would coat the filets in egg and then flour. You may have to experiment a little bit to see what works best. :)
