It's just me & since this was my first time in MANY years of not buying the big ol' 18-20 pound bird for Thanksgiving, instead I bought 2 pkgs of turkey wings (6 wings total; I baked 4, froze the other 2), & found an oven-baked smothered wings recipe on here; made my usual pan of cornbread dressing, my usual holiday sides, & desserts & all was right in MY world 😋 Fast-fwd to my Sunday dinner menu: I just got my first air fryer (Infomercial hog here 🙄, I won't drop a brand name -- unless anyone asks, but it's a pressure fryer & is HUGE). Haven't even plugged it in yet but I knew what my first dish was going to be, so I took the other 2 wings out of my freezer last nite, & here I am now cuz I needed some ideas. Can't wait to give THIS one a try to go with my sides of mac n cheez, Italian green beans, & big maybe..a no-knead dinner roll I stumbled across on here last week. Stay safe & healthy y'all 💜

Sometimes I pressure cook them first and then put them in the air fryer to make them crispy

I use baking powder for crisping chicken wings. I think you need to tell your viewers to buy NON aluminum baking powder to avoid the metallic flavor.
