INGREDIENTS-
1 cup Dalia / brokenwheat / fada
1/2 cup yellow mung dal ( soaked for 15-20 mins)
1 tbsp + 2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp hing
Few curry leaves
1 tsp garlic - chopped
1 tsp ginger - chopped
2-3 green chilly ( avoid if making for kids)
2 dried red chilly
1 onion - chopped
1 tomato - chopped
1/2 carrot - chopped
1/2 capsicum - chopped
1/4 cup beans - chopped
1/4 cup green peas / frozen peas
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1/4 tsp red chilly powder
Salt to taste
4 cups water
Garnish with coriander leaves
And lime
