गुड़ वाली आम की चटनी | Sweet Jaggery Mango Pickle | आम की खट्टी मीठी लौंजी Aam ki lounji
Preparation time - 40 minutes
🌺Ingredients:
•750 gms Raw Mangoes
•500 gms Jaggery, Gur
•2 tablespoon Oil
•1 teaspoon Nigella Seeds (Kalongi)
•1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
•1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
•3 Dry Red Chilies
•1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seeds
•1/2 teaspoon Salt
🌺Instructions:
1. Prepare the Mangoes: Peel and cut the raw mangoes into thin slices. Remove the seed.
2. Cook the Spices: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
• Add nigella seeds, cumin seeds and dry red chillies. Let them splutter.
3. Cook the Mangoes: Add the mango pieces to the pan and stir well for 5 minutes.
• Add red chili powder and salt. Mix everything well.
4. Add Jaggery, Gur for Sweetness.
• Stir well and cook until the jaggery is completely dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly.
• Add Roasted Cumin powder as shown in the video.
• The whole process should take 30 minutes.
5. Let the Aam Ki Launji cool down to room temperature.
• Store it in an airtight container and refrigerate.
• Enjoy with parathas, chapatis, or as a side dish with the meals.🩷🩷😋🥭🥭
