This is my version of vadapav, a popular street food in India, but made like a hot dog. You can customize this recipe with your favorite chutney, mustard or whatever you like. Let me know what you think of this idea.

3 Medium-Big Boiled Potato (उबला हुआ आलू)

1 & 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (अद्रक लहसुन पेस्ट)
A pinch of Turmeric (हल्दी)
Salt (नमक)
8-9 Mint Leaves (पुदीना)
Batter for Coating:
1 Cup Chickpea Flour (बेसन)
A pinch of Turmeric (हल्दी)
Salt (नमक)
Water (पानी)
2 Pinch Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा)
