Been banging my head against the wall all morning trying to make this work and finally did! (On IPhone 11 Pro) make sure wifi is turned on the camera, I re downloaded the app from scratch, made sure I agreed to all the pop ups in regards to location and access etc, disconnect mobile data, connect to camera wifi and then try adding your device again. Finally worked for me, don’t worry if it’s showing as no wifi signal, as long as it’s connected on your camera and phone, it should work. Hope this helps someone!

Turn of the mobile data after joining akaso wi fi then try the app. Worked for me after 2 days playing

On the screen, there is a checkbox above the button "The above operation has been confirmed". Tap on it to confirm and it works.

Im not sure if this will help because I'm a spaz. After you down load the app and select new device then go to EK7000 then put your EK700 cameras wifi on then go back to the app and check the circle that say "confirm that the action above has been completed" and then it went right to the phone. I didn't see the circle that needed to be checked, I just thought it was giving information and not asking for an action. I hope that made sense.

What you said made sense ^^ I was wondering ~ I was hoping to use this for streaming while I’m doing woodworking. I don’t stream via my phone but my laptop, are you able to connect it to laptops? ( I’ll try to remember to post if I figure this out) Also, would I neee a SD/Memory card to do this? I was able ti connect to the WIFI without one, but yeah~ Thanks for the comment ^_^

I've never tried to stream to my laptop. I use the SD/Memory card to load the videos and pictures I take onto it. @@notsoberoveranalyzer8264

I can’t get mine to work either. I tried the DV version and it just keeps saying system settings and go to WiFI but I can’t even see system settings.

Ok, it says no internet connection until you turn on the phone app. mine says "no internet connection on my phone wifi settings below the cameras network name until I leave settings and go to the app. ignore the no internet connection message and go to the app.

I used both the AKASO Go and then the AKASO DV and both are giving me the No Internet Connection error. I didn’t see any other versions.
