i watched this whole interview some years ago and was really impressed with both of them, al for who he is, and for the connection that happened between them in this interview. really great. i never thought about al before and how he happened so this was a revelation when i saw it the first time. when i think of an al interview is just keep getting whacky in my head because of his funny interviews he did with various celbrities. this was such an interesting interview.

Wow it was great to watch this! I'm so glad you posted it as I did not get a chance to see it on TV. It was great to see Al open up and just discuss even the most emotional parts of his life. It was also interesting to hear that he was just a C student in architect school. Never heard him talk about some of the things he discussed in this interview. It was great to see!

I think Bill's quiet tone brought out Al's emotions . 😊 There seemed to be a genuine connection between them. Special and beautiful, not in a slushy way ! 😊🇬🇧💕🇺🇲😊.

Wow! I really enjoyed this interview. He really got personal which was what was so good about it. Usually with interviews of Al they are always asking the same questions. It reminded me of a therapy session a little bit with the talk with his parents death which seriously choked me up. But it brought out an Al we never see. Thanks for posting this KentMarlowe.

It has a bit of a James Lipton approach and style.
