My man, so glad to see you back! Hope you are feeling better and am looking forward to your new videos. The sauce recipe flashed by quick on the video, you might want to add it to your description so see it easier. Your cookbook rocks! Please let us know if you have any local events coming up.

Fascinating recipe…I only wish that you would slow down a little and maybe get into a little more detail about the recipe. Seems like I was rewinding the video every few minutes because I missed something… maybe I’m just a little slow😊😊 Anyway…glad to see you are back sharing recipes again and feeling better. Take care.

Chicken looks amazing! Do you have any instructions on how to grill a half chicken on a regular gas grill, we don't have a smoker. Thanks for your videos. Glad you are recovered from the surgeries.

Yes! Thanks for watching. When grilling bring the chicken out of the fridge a good hour before grilling. Grill over low heat, the goal being to get the inside done without burning the outside. I’ve found low and slow is the best way, and you won’t get the flare ups! It will be delicious!
