Close your eyes and see the forest, the hills, the valleys, the grass, flowers, bees, birds, wolves, deer, bears. Beautiful. Like an audio painting, you can hear the footsteps, the bird calls, the heart beats. Love.

I did some research about the similarities of the q and p celtic (Goidelic and Brythonic) languages to Albanian. The ancient Albanians the Illyrians came from the Halstatt culture as well as the celts. Irish and Scots both have bagpipes and so do the Albanians, but the Welsh and Cornish do not. I find that really fascinating.

Nevermind I looked and found some. I also found that it and kilts might be considered Fustanella (by the Romans). I read that Albania, Alps and Alba/Alban/Albion come from the same root meaning mountain, or hills.

Силни Гром It's a thrakian, illyrian thing. So, of course you'll find it all over Balkan. The most authentic bagpipes in Europe are found in Balkan (made with sheep/goat skin).

Bogdan Dauti The way this albanian song begins is the exact same way bulgarian, romanian, aromanian, pomak, (etc.) bagpipe songs start. Pomaks and aromanian are quite isolated folks; simply bc they have no state they are basically forced to keep traditions alive - to not lose their identity and traditions/culture. They are still very similar to other Balkan folks in cuisine, traditions, culture, etc. It's just a fact that _religion_ that were adopted, and forved on people bc of specific empires, divided people over and over again. Several Empires that ruled over Balkan, for example Ottomans which cause a chaos for more than 500years. Now, step by step, the Balkans must regain order. Of course it takes some time. But claiming specific instrument after nowaday identities is nonsense. Common things date back to pre-christian and pre-islam era. As for the bagpipe; it was in South-east europe even during pagan era. It's basically "older than time itself" (we have year "2018", remember). The constant long tone is found all over Balkan. Pretty sure it's also found in some serbian folklore _(I have to do more research bc I want to make video about this)._ One thing is quite sure; it isn't a hellenic element. It was called a "barbaric" instrument in antiquity. Even today bagpipes are mostly found in northern greece folklore, not all over Greece _(north-western greece to be more specific)._ Hellens had also their Kingdomand ruled also over non-hellenic people and assimilated these people by forcing their lingua franca (hellenic) on them. Hellens invaded foreign terretorities of non-hellens and refered to these people as "barbarians". Of course hellens did not only influnce others but they were also influenced. They adopted also some "barbaric culture". It is mentioned that hellens adopted tattoos from thrakians. Tattoos were a part of thrakian culture/tradition and were seen as an _honour._ Which was the same case with the Illyrians, who were quite similar to thracians in culture and traditions. However hellens took this from thrakians and used this method to mark their slaves. Which had nothing to do with honour anymore.

The Albanian forgers put a Serbian bagpiper Voja Stankovic from around Belgrade on the video. When they falsify history, why not music? Albanians do not have a tradition of playing bagpipes. They stole everything from the Serbs/Macedonians.

@@evladifat6322 Arnauts are just thieves and robbers of other people's traditions, culture, history and territory. This video is proof of that. !!! A large part of Arnauts are Serbs who became Arnauts by force. Arnauts as a people did not even exist until 1913.
