Literally you're the only reason I've been able to get through Aleks. Your instruction is so helpful and straight to the point. Much more helpful. You're the absolute best!

Was having a rough time with Aleks and you have truly been a godsend this semester. Really appreciate your walk through and explanations as I'm also a visual learner. Can't thank you enough for this and all of your other Aleks videos.

Very helpful. I totally missed the anion cation part of the question.

Agree with the others! Incredibly thankful for your videos and I hate Aleks. However... on this one... Aleks says this is wrong and is having me answer as "Na +; Na +2; Na +3" etc.... any thoughts ?

It sounds like maybe you have a different version of the problem - did yours maybe say 11 protons instead of 11 electrons? Na2+ would have only 9 electrons, Na3+ would only have 8 electrons, so those could not have been answers to the problem that I've shown in this video.
