Andy - I have to say that I certainly admire your relationship with your children. The way you interact with them as far as letting them work on the equipment is great. I bet that you have gotten many “Best Dad “ awards. Couple questions : is Jared your oldest child ? And is he considered to be the “Heir Apparent “ of the operation when you retire?

I totally feel bad for you farmers. Those expensive tractors and the dealership mechanics don't know how to fix the stuff they sell. I work on vehicles and I've fixed cars from every dealership local to me. I don't usually guess when I replace things. There are ways to prove everything. I've watched that zk master tech guy go to a farm and just blindly replace 5k dollar parts and not fix the issues.

That seems to be the case in several places in upstate NY lately. As stated in my first reply we would always hear about the heavy snowfall and bitter cold temperatures in Watertown. My three brothers still live in the Rochester/ Henrietta NY area and they all say the winters are much milder now. I remember being snowed in the winter due to heavy snowfall. In Henrietta, the town would put up snow fences to help stop the snow from drifting across open stretches of open roads in the country - not much he@@johngraham1875
