Body Tone(stretch to 4 sides) , Heaviness(relax the hip knee ankle joints for the feel of weight), lightness(emotionally motivated, to feel the joy of lifting and stretching more). contact point is just right under the rib cage.... interesting and valuable information. 11:00, Stretch, release the tension out, keep the tone. 18:00, Breath in when stretching, breath out when lowering(heaviness) 20:00, always self coordinated, then start the leading with standing leg and core area
