They were the good old old days, bit of good old BRITISH HUMOUR , I remember Mary Whitehouse banning Chuck Berry 's song my Dingaling . These days kids of 5 years old swear more than Alf Garnett ever did , now you can't even smack a child , I was smacked by my parents and caned at school , it didn't do me any harm . It made me what I am today respect for the elderly and the disabled people .

David Clarke I had heard that only as a rumour and never realised that it was true. Insane isn't it? I have laughed hard at this.

You Brits still do the best comedy in the world, I'm lucky being an Aussie , I get the lot of it, just no one comparable to the Poms when a laugh is needed. Love it.

2:10 - Notice how after Dandy Nichols says her line here the is a long pause before Tony Booth starts his line. It is either Dandy had another line to say and forgot it or Tony forgot his line and was dying to think of it and got it after a few seconds.

Most likely that Dandy forgot hers because if you watch closely it also happened with Warren.

Live performances can stress even the most experienced actor. That awful moment when your mind goes temporarily blank or a fellow-performer fluffs the cue line.

As Jack Nicholson said in 'One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest'. "At least I tried." Be seeing you...
