Totally agree. I have never seen this one until now, and really enjoyed the twist. Extra bonus in seeing Shaun Cassidy again, as I was totally in love with both him and his brother David when I was little. Great singers and very passable actors. RIP David Cassidy - you are missed.

I always adored the bizarre twists and genius of Alfred Hitchcock. I especially loved his cameos ...hunting through the movie for his brief appearances like getting on a bus. I just found you but was very surprised there are only just under 13,000 views. Thanks cbFIN!

A better time indeed, when where I grew up the commercials came in sets of TWO and these two came BETWEEN the movies, NOT WITHIN. And let me emphesise a little: The maximum was TWO sets of commercials A DAY with only TWO lincenses given out nationwide to TV-stations for broadcasting commercials and the other TV-stations fully free of commercials. btw: Did anyone here also play the commercial quiz with friends as a child?

When the Dean fell and Dale thought ,mistakenly, that he was dead why didn't he just leave? Elderly people die from falls all the time. No body to get rid of problem solved. And even after the Dean regained consciousness he never would have known that he was almost murdered.

Zactly. This whole story fell apart for me. Did I fall asleep in the middle? Doesn't make sense how he was set up by his g'friend or something, when he's def' the one who decided to murder him. Barring that, how did his gf discover the body?crime?

He was behind the curtain, so didn't see that the Dean had slipped and fallen. He wanted to get rid of the body because he didn't want there to be an investigation - with him having stolen the poison from the Dean's lab to kill him.

that was my first thought. But after some consideration, the student didn't know he dropped the vial and also hiding behind the shower curtain he wouldn't have known the guy slipped on the vial and had not taken the cough syrup. So he was thinking with the autopsy they would find the poison in his system.

I don't get it....🤔🤔🤔 Edit: Well that man who worked at the morgue (or pretending working there) did it I guess... But how he do it.. Taking up the body from the water without being seen?? The only solution must be that he did not throw that dead man in the water but something else... Since the other man was not watching when he did it....

I believe the original series was 45 min episodes. This is a different series, done in the 80s after Hitchcock died.
