Introducing Alien Age
You’re a UFO providing towns with resources to lead them from the Stone Age to the Space Age in this Overcooked inspired city progression game.
Patch notes:
Cool polish on VFX beam (light now shines below carrier game object instead of on top)
Updates on resource materials (no more pink stuff, tin looks shinier, iron looks less shiny than tin, bronze looks redder, gold looks more yellow, circuit is silvery)
Late-afternoon/sunset lighting to set the appropriate vibes.
Has WWise/chicken sounds.
Moved one iron ore's position slightly to the right so it doesn't float (this was a bug I noticed)
Dan revamped the mouse handling a bit.
it's easier to pick up now. :elmofire: We are selecting items now with the beam's capsule collider now. You can adjust the size (the radius) of the capsule collider for bigger "reach" on what the beam can select from the ground.
Certain tiles flip/turn after finishing a particular age (e.g. environment tile turns into a resource tile after stone age is finished). You can set this on the inspector of an env. tile (shown in screenshot).
A merged/crafted item no longer drops to the ground, and is automatically carried.
