Salute! Congrats Alina!!! My granddaughter is in NJROTC. My son was in NJROTC, later he got a full ride all 4 years in college via Army ROTC, was an officer, Abrams Main Battle Tanks...I was USAF enlisted crew chief on RF-4C Phantom IIs, then went Army Guard warrant officer and flew Hueys. Used my Army flight time and training to get my comm/inst rotorwing helicopter rating. Yes...let Uncle Sam pay for your flight training!❤❤❤❤

Awesome! Even if they don’t know it now, your peers will look up to you. Hard work and perseverance will always pay off. You are an inspiration across all generations. I served for 7 years and don’t regret a minute. Keep up the good work, you won’t regret it either.

Congrats to you Alina. I served 27 years in the South Carolina Army National Guard (Ret) and unlike all other branches of the military can be called upon and activated by the federal and state governments. I was called up by the federal government to serve in Operation Enduring Freedom in 2003 and was called up many times by the state of SC for Humanitairian missions, including missions to Charleston SC for Hurricane Hugo (1989), Honduras for Hurricane Mitch (1999), Floods in West Virginia (2001) etc. I love ultralights and have three Quicksilvers and an N-3 Pup. Every time I watch a vid of your achievments I am proud that you are a fellow South Carolinian. Keep up the good work and soar high.

This is why she is my hero? The problem with America today? People are becoming lazy and what are you going to do for me. You need to work hard and be disciplined..I have been very disciplined my whole life and career. Work hard and do what is right!!!! This lady will be a very strong leader for America !! She is incredible and definitely should be an inspiration for others. I have done very well for myself, but if I was able to do it all over again? I would probably take the same direction as her.. wow keep going my friend and god bless.. ric in nor cal.

I was impressed by Alina's "flaps landing" method in the "tour of the USS Yorktown" video instead of relying on powering down the engine as in a couple of videos I watched when you all were at OshKosh. Since she's interested in attending the Air Force Academy, has she (or you) seen the videos of Col. Kim Campbell, a former graduate and instructor there. Her lecture of her experiences flying the A-10 in the Middle East and on leadership qualities were inspiringly treated in her 58 min lecture at USAFA's National Character & Leadership Symposium in 2020. It's on KZitem at: "NCLS 2020: Colonel Kim Campbell". My best wishes for her (and her brother's) future. RonW

Congratulations Alina. I spent 35 years in the UK army. I joined at 15 years old as a junior soldier completing a 3 year apprenticeship as weapons engineer. I achieved the highest rank for a soldier (Warrant Officer Class 1) and was then commissioned as an officer and retired as a Major. If you put your mind to it and work hard it is amazing what you can achieve. I hope you can achieve what you want. Good luck in the future.

Here's Chat GPT's response... It seems like a rather cryptic and poetic response. Let's break it down: "When a mighty wave crops in the power of lite steel & keel that's in !!" This line seems to evoke imagery of strength and resilience, perhaps likening a powerful force (like a wave) to something steady and structured (like steel and a keel on a ship). It might metaphorically suggest facing challenges or obstacles with strength and determination. "I quess Is so stressful sometimes when you got that impression in practication from peals thinking i"m smart." This part is a bit more difficult to interpret due to the unusual phrasing and grammar. It seems to express stress or pressure when others perceive the commenter as intelligent during practice sessions or rehearsals ("practication from peals"). The word "peals" here might refer to repeated sounds or actions, akin to practice drills. Overall, the comment appears to be an attempt at poetic expression mixed with personal reflection on the stress of trying to live up to others' expectations, particularly in a setting where intelligence or competence is valued.

@@williamh.scottv438 She is already coming up to be a great one, so we are all breeding her through her successful part . like Tornados for instance okay! when a pilot experience a sudden wave field while on board with what do you do ? Do you hurry up to regulate it through the control nob ? No !! leave it alone then find the axles of the wind directions then approach gently to navigate through it until its calm Greetings to you Alina..from Klem. Happy anniversary on your flight speed pro expert processes.
