I just wanna add, remember herbs are medicines. Therefore they can have side effects, potential interactions with other medications and foods and should be used with caution and study up each herb before using or giving to anyone else 🙏🏻

Surprised this doesn’t have more likes, it’s the most important comment on here. Everyone should be aware of this and check for possible interactions between herbs and medications or other medicinal materials taken into the body. And yes, side effects!!! Thanks for your comment, and I hope more viewers see it! 🖤

With what I know about brewing tea, as in Uncle Iroh's tea time, different teas need different brewing temps. Black teas require the longest and hottest brew. Which jasmine tea being very finicky and require a low and quicker brew. So the temperature of your brewing water can be important to keep taste and color pleasant.

Yes, this is less of a condieration with medicinal teas as dosage comes first, but consideration of the "hardness" of your ingredients is important.

I have been following you for a while (and am Juniper tier patreon! 💚) and for a long time I really appreciated that you took the stance of not sharing the more medicinal properties, uses and preparations of the herbs you cover, since it is not always foolproof or perfectly safe. But I think it is also a powerful act of compassion and rebellion to break that former belief to share these aspects of plants given the situation our country is in. I truly admire you, not just as a creator. You're a beautiful soul and I hope you hear that more than you hear the naysayers.

Your last video meant so much to me and no doubt countless others. Adding to the pain of our current circumstances is the gaslighting and denial of those circumstances. Thank you for recognizing and caring about our reality. This video is the perfect follow-up. To fix the world, we must first fix ourselves. Teas are healing and a great first concrete start to strengthening ourselves to help others and help our world. When we see more clearly, and are strengthened, we can be most useful in helping others. 🧡💛💚💙💜

Also since i'm living with my family and just started I don't have incense how can I cleanse container with everyday products?
@cyansalvatore6011

You can cleanse, but it's not 100% necessary. You can cleanse with water, and lemon/lime cleaning products (that's optional, but it gives a cleansing boost). The same way you can cleanse anything with water, or with sound. You need to make sure it dries completely before putting herbs into it tho.

Its pretty interesting to drink moon water in the middle of nowhere in the woods of Kentucky with lady blood on my forehead. Sounds crazy to most but it definitely gives u a different feeling and understanding of our ancestors an of the self. I make paintings with lady blood an even some sigils an i can tell u from experience that they have very very interesting and special power… jus had to throw that out there ha but thnk u for this video i luv all ur vids btw….
