I am 56 and have been cooking and washing dishes since i was 12 and nonstick cookware has never been recommended to be put in a dishwasher because it shortens lifespan of the coating drastically. The All Clad line of pans and pots with those Handles are what i like (B1) vs the HA1 line (steel disc bottom) they feel much better in the hand and give more control

There's really no reason to buy the HA1's unless you use a convection device. My previous T-Fal set scratched my new LG range that has a glass like top.

biggest waste of money, not to mention bad for the environment. NS pans will last maybe at most 3-4 years then you throw them out, not to mention the chemicals leeching out at high temps. Better use of your money would be a carbon steel pan, seasoned well with a patina that acts like non-stick.

Fear Mongering has people terrified of Nonstick even though it's been widely used for 40-45yrs now And the EPA banned PFOA's back in 2013-2014. When used as Directed at Sub 500 Degree Cooking they work Fine. Hell my question is What The Hell Are People Cooking at 400-500 degrees in a Nonstick Pan/Pot ??? Use Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel or Cast Iron for High Temperature Cooking

So many destroy their pans cause they use burners on high. They got nonstick because they have no much stuck on, burned food. I’ve always cooked with stainless steel pans and a few tbsp of olive oil - mid burner at best. I only have a nonstick for eggs and crepes
