💪 In this session, we'll be using dumbbells and loop bands to strengthen and sculpt every muscle group. From upper body to lower body and core, this routine has it all!
The WORKOUT!!!
We will start with a warmup - 5-7 min of movement
The main workout consists of 11 moves, performed for 45 seconds each and for 3 sets!
Here are your Moves
1. Alternating curtsy lunge with loop band chest press
2. Dumbbell lunge to knee up and curl right
3. Dumbbell lunge to knee up and curl left
4. Curl to Arnold press
5. Heels elevated squats
6. Dead row
7. Wide squat with tricep overhead press
8. one arm overhead with knee cross right
9. When arm overhead with knee cross left
10. Side bend right with dumbbell and band
11. Side bend left with dumbbell and band
We will finish with a nice cool down and stretch
