Now if only they could make it look like a Tacoma

Glad they kept the naturally aspirated V6. Mid size trucks have gotten bigger and turbo 4s are gonna work harder and wear out to fast.

Vehicles have become the new Apple phone. If each new version doesn't have more bells and whistles than the last, its so last week. I admire Honda for making changes only for improvement to make it better and more reliable. Every new model does not need complex transmissions with more gears or bigger display screens, nor do they need to keep downsizing to less cylinders with turbos which are complex, expensive to repair and not likely to go the distance of the tried and true V6's

Soooooo basically almost nothing new. Same body, same engine, same transmission, same towing capacity. Gotta give kudos to Honda though for admitting that Ridgeline doesnt have the tow capability of its competitors and probably never will without an entire body redesign.

Still not liking the front-end design, mostly the headlights.

What happened to the 10 speed transmission? Increased hwy mpg to 27mpg. Is there still a big protruding hump on the driver side underneath the emergency brake, which keeps you from stretching your left leg on a long trip?

There never was a 10 speed in the Ridgeline. As for the hump, it's gone. Test drove a 24 and it's quite comfortable.

I can never and will never take someone that drives a Pilot with its rear end missing … as a truck … seriously

I can never take seriously the idiots in the comments of every Ridgeline, or Maverick, vid who say 'durrr, that's not a truck, durrr'. Why get so triggered over a light duty truck? A real man wouldn't get their panties in a wad over it I can tell you that.

@@tkin1973 a real man wouldn’t drive a truck car. You must own one lol

I'll never take someone that doesn't understand practicality seriously. It's not even the only unibody truck anymore. The whole 'not a truck' crap is dead.

They're optional. Most don't have them. Have yet to see one with them yet in person.
