Joe Williams recorded the song specifically for the movie. Billy May did the arrangement and Pat Williams was the conductor. Steve Martin and Carl Reiner were in the control booth and were "grooving". I was at the session..........

We're being fed continuous fear, murder/pandemics, torture, nightmares because that's what THEY thrive on. Happiness, joy, peace, love really is the way out of this mess. Too bad THEY control Hollywood.

Lily and Steve were " Magic " together their chemistry was off the charts .I agree someone had said best closing credit ever of any movie ,also very gorgeous couple. These two are gifts to comedy . magnifique 🌹

Best version of the song. Even Frank Sinatra couldn't match it. Also, one of the sweetest endings to a Steve Martin film. Tomlin and Martin were perfect together in this. I wish they had done more in leading roles together.

I love this scene so much and when Prahka busts out the random piano skills, I was laughing so hard. What a beautiful scene with Lily Tomlin and Steve Martin! Music used to be so beautiful and expressive.

Why don’t they ever show this movie anymore? It was one of Steve Martin’s best movies. I remember laughing my butt off when this was in the theater.

I love Steve Martin, I agree with wandawizard1, he is gorgeous. I also agree with BadBoyMattyH, this is the best ending of any Steve Martin movie. I loving this version of this song too, I have wanted this clip for years, Thanks sooooo much for this !!

After watching this on TV one night - I enjoyed the movie so much - That I called at our local *HMV* Store - on the way home from work - And treated myself to a VHS copy ! - And I still have that movie upstairs in my movie bookcase ! When I see them dancing, I remember that dancing can be fun as well as beauty. I wouldn't cut any piece of this final part! From Prahka Laasa with his piano solo to the last part of the credits... Perrfect! I guess that you need to know the movie, though. Thank you for posting this part!

A while back, I won a "contest" on a radio show when a guest movie critic claimed that there was never a comedy movie with a "tear-jerker" ending. I challenged with "All Of Me" and he agreed that I was correct.

Love this movie ! - Stevie was funny - his acting was amazing - How he pulled off some of those scenes was pure genius on his part ! - Lily was fabulous equally as funny & her acting too was amazing ~ Was she really occupying part of Steves body ? - I certainly thought so with that great acting ! Wish this film was shown more often on the television, could do with a good laugh. Steve Martin is such a brilliant actor, I have loved all of his films. Love the ending to this film and him teaching her to dance. All of Me sung by Joe Williams is the best version I have ever heard.
